Led by the Light of Hope…to a New School Year

As we prepare to open our doors to a new school year, I am grateful and excited to welcome our new and returning families. This year, our theme is “Led by the Light of Hope.” which was inspired by the recent declaration by Pope Francis that the year 2025 will be a Jubilee Year with the theme “We are Pilgrims of Hope.”

In our prayers, liturgies, and classrooms, we will be guided by the belief that Christ is the true light of the world and that His love provides us with hope, inspiration, and a clear path forward during even the most challenging times. Being “led by the light of hope” means that our decisions, actions, and interactions are guided by hope and faith, which helps us make choices that reflect our values and commitment to living out the Gospel message. Hope will be our focus in the classrooms as it motivates us to do our best and encourage students, teachers, and everyone to persevere, to be curious, and to approach our year with a positive and hopeful mindset.

We are eagerly looking forward to the new school year and hope you are too. Please take a moment to read the newsletter below, which contains some fun and important announcements. Yes, there are forms to complete and supplies to gather, but we hope that you will continue to enjoy rest, joy, and peace until we come together again for a fabulous new school year!
