St. Peter School will hold its eighth annual Fr. Gartland Memorial Walk on Wednesday, May 1st on the St. Peter’s Parish grounds. The event will be held during the afternoon and kicked off with a Hot Lunch picnic at noontime. Named for our school founder, this event began in 2012 as part of our 50th Anniversary and it’s been an awesome school event since then. Students have a blast walking and/or running laps around the school grounds and enjoy other games, face painting, snacks and activities throughout the afternoon. As before, we are asking for students to get sponsors for their participation in this event. Sponsors can pledge a certain amount per lap that the child walks or simply make a tax deductible donation. Funds raised will be used to purchase add and upgrade our student Ipads used by all students in the school.
