As we prepare our hearts for the arrival of the Messiah this Christmas we are bringing back or “Gifts for Baby Jesus” donation drive for Birthright of Somerset, Inc. Birthright is a local non-profit pregnancy support service for anyone facing an unplanned pregnancy. Clients are given love and support to love their babies into life. Each mother receives a lovely “baby shower in a box” and we are inviting all families to help us collect donations of baby items to keep items stocked for these special boxes. We like to tell students, “If baby Jesus was born today, what kinds of things would He need?” So we are accepting donations of diapers, wipes, blankets, one-piece “sleeper/onesies” outfits, undershirts, crib sheets and baby towels. Items do not need to be wrapped and can be brought in any time between now and December 19TH.
